This is an open-source project and thus encourages contributions by anyone who wishes to do it. The project's license is available here.
Albeit the project's open nature only selected contributors are granted access to the source control repositories. The access is given on project participation merits.
The most recent source code can be downloaded from the download page and used or extended by anyone. Source code improvements, corrective patches and feedback are welcome and can be submitted to any team member using the addresses listed here.
